The location of the villa is great as it is just a short two-minute walk from the beautiful seaside. You can enjoy the spacious and well-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, or relax in the large garden while having breakfast or a barbeque. the villa is conveniently located near Dubrovnik's old town, providing easy access to nicer beaches in the area.
It is important to note that there are limited nearby facilities for shopping or groceries.

Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Large, beautiful garden with outdoor dining area. Short walk to beach and jogging area. Private, castle-like atmosphere. Helpful and cute owners.
Cannot find any fault.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect with a few shops nearby. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden.
Nothing, all excellent.

Spent Easter at a pretty and clean place in a peaceful and beautiful location. The rooms were of a good size and the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the warm weather. The seafront was just a quick five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the water and sun. the hosts were very hospitable and easygoing, adding to the overall great experience.
One of the main drawbacks was the limited transportation options, as we often had to rely on expensive taxis to get to the Old Town in Dubrovnik. while the location was peaceful and charming, there wasn't much to do beyond the beach, church, and a few pubs.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the dining area was great for meals. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and to public transportation. the garden provided a lovely and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.
The parking was a bit tight and limited on space. the bathroom was small and outdated, but still functional.
